The Flow Club Zurich – General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all events organized by The Flow Club ("we", "our", "us"). By booking or participating in any of our events, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made through our official channels. Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your place.

3. Refund Policy
All sales are final. We only offer refunds if an event is cancelled by The Flow Club.

No refunds or transfers will be provided in the case of participant cancellation, non-attendance, or scheduling conflicts.

In the event that The Flow Club cancels an event, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future event.

4. Event Changes
We reserve the right to make changes to the event format, schedule, or venue if necessary. Participants will be notified promptly in such cases.

5. Code of Conduct
We aim to foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment. We reserve the right to remove any participant from an event without refund if their behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

6. Liability
Participation in our events is at your own risk. The Flow Club is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during or as a result of participation in our events.

7. Photography and Media
Events may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. By attending, you grant The Flow Club permission to use such media unless you explicitly opt out in writing before the event.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
